Consultancy
Delivering “best value” to our clients, we directly employ sealant applicators who have the knowledge and understanding of all our sealant applicator products and are competent in the provision of advice for the best solution. In addition, we procure mastic sealant products in-house and have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the strengths of each product in different environments.
Installation
We have a demonstrable track record in all types of joint sealant works in the delivery of works to schools, leisure centres, office complexes, prisons, warehouses, football stadiums, cinemas, supermarkets, hospitals, care homes, hotels and many other diverse projects.
With a diverse project portfolio, we have experience in the delivery of sealant works on a variety of different structures including traditional frame, soffit and joint sealing of the housing industry to isolation/expansion/perimeter joints in floor slabs and carriageways. Furthermore, we have successfully completed sealant works to a variety of challenging finishes including wall cladding, glazing, wet areas and internal finishes.
Alongside new-build structures and dwellings, we also cater for refurbishment projects. We have developed in-house processes, procedures, required skills and experience to undertake such works to meet even the most challenging demands.
Supply - Adhesive, Silicon, Mastic & Acrylic
Committed to delivering high quality of service and project delivery at all times, we have established a department to evaluate all potential products, endeavouring to only use the highest grade materials which are manufactured and tested to conform to the latest standards and regulations.
We supply a vast range of products to meet the challenges of a variety of environments including those suitable for standard sanitary grade silicones, two part water proof solutions, regular low modulus silicone for pointing external frames and pouring grade impact resistance two part materials.
With a variety of different materials that we use including foam joint packing material, primers and one, two and three component materials, we have identified the importance of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with our product manufacturers. This is achieved through an established supply chain that our product manufacturers that allows us to carefully vet, monitor and control all products that are being used, utilising quality names that we trust.

Health & Safety - The Ogilvie Group take Health and Safety very seriously and thus employ a full-time Health and Safety Manager, Stuart Morrison (RSP, CMIOSH). Stewart not only executes audit duties on our sites, but he also pro-actively reviews each job before commencement to ensure risk is minimised on our projects.
In accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, the Directors have set out their intentions to safeguard staff, partners and the general public in our comprehensive Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
