Following competitive tender, we were awarded the design and build of the prestigious refurbishment and redevelopment of 10-15 Princes Street, Edinburgh into 3no retail units and a 142 bed hotel. Works include:
- Façade retention of existing listed building
- Partial demolition and structural enhancement works to existing building interior
- Vertical structural steel extension of the existing building
- Creation of 3nr retail units including office accommodation
- Repairs and alterations to the external envelope
- Fit-Out of Motel One including provision of new Mechanical and Electrical Services, Finishes, Installation of Lifts, F,F&E
